The Need
Pressing need for building up Eco-safe system to come up to escalating environmental regulations: With tighter environmental regulation of outdoor coal depots both at home and abroad, the needs arise more than ever for the development and introduction of an Eco-safe control system in response to such trends, especially under the pressure that those protective regulations are expected to be further beefed up across countries in the years ahead.
Systematic Adaptation to Frequent Weather Changes: In large-scale open coal storage yards, real-time wind speed measurements are employed to automatically trigger yard sprinkling when wind speeds surpass a predetermined threshold. However, effectively addressing the frequent weather fluctuations in domestic coal depots, mainly situated along coastlines, poses a challenge beyond just simple maximum wind speed management technologies.
Multi-functional sprinkler management systems: To effectively tackle these challenges, it looks essential to introduce a versatile sprinkler management system, which includes an indoor sprinkler capable of early fire suppression through intensive dousing by detecting spontaneous combustion in indoor coal depots; and a mobile sprinkler system that can be loaded on vehicles, facilitating shooting water on demand from place to place as required.

Automatic control systemThis smart intelligent system provides protocols for an either automatic or manual override to control D-Craft, based on the information set collected through weather intelligence, dust concentration, and mobile sensors.
Effective dust suppressionThe water particle size produced by the equipment intersperses between 10μm ~ 150µm, averaging to 70μm, which is known to most effectively take down the dust.
D-CRAFT is a dust suppression solution that utilizes a system sprinkling the mist of minute water particles to take down fugitive dust effectively. In particular, the system distinguishes itself from the others with its exceptional throwing coverage reaching out to 250 meters, on top of the robust durability allowing it to sustain such powerful performances even in harsh environments like demolition sites, steel mills, and the like, being mounted on a sturdy carriage chassis.
