01 Identity protectionThe identity of the informant shall be completely confidential.

02 Status assurance:Disadvantages in personnel matters or discrimination in working conditions of the informant shall be strictly prohibited.

03 Information protectionEvidence and other related information presented by the informant shall be safely protected.

04 No retaliationActivities to identify the informant shall be totally prohibited by the person being accused, their department, or other related departments. Any violation of this shall be severely reprimanded.
KLES officially reaffirms the principle of protecting informants, ensuring that individuals reporting shall not face any disadvantages and can confidently submit their reports.
How to Report
To ensure a secure environment for consulting or reporting to us, the Ethics Reporting Center operates an informant protection program. The identity of the reporter shall be safely protected.

Reporting can be done in writing, by phone, or by e-mail. However, taking up the Ethics Reporting Channel on this official website for reporting may well be recommended.
Reported issues shall be internally investigated by the dedicated department and the results be notified according to the response method selected by the informant.
