KLES established a Malaysian power piping training center named the IKIPS (ILSAS-KLES Integrated Piping Simulator) within the Power Generation Education Center (ILSAS) in Malaysia and have since been providing periodic education for the piping practitioners in power plants across the Southeast Asian region based on the same curriculums as those offered in the KLES Academy, along with facilitating technical exchanges.

• Since the inception of the first training course in 2013, a total of nine courses have been offered to date:
• Over a total of 184 trainees have completed the course so far;
• Carrying through a total of 20 hours across 3 days;
• Accommodating a range of participants from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 25 trainees;
• Providing the same curriculums as those offered in the KLES Academy
