From February 26 (Wed.) to February 28 (Fri.), 2025, KLES Inc. opened the 2025 KPPTC (Korea Power Piping Training Center) Training Course over three days.
* What is KPPTC?
KPPTC is a professional training institution established and operated by KLES Inc., designed to turn out power piping management professionals across the energy industries, including thermal, nuclear, and renewable energy.
The center was established in response to the increasing demand for systematic and practical training to support power plants facing challenges such as aging pipelines due to prolonged operation and pipe failures caused by natural disasters like earthquakes.
** Piping Professionals Training Course
It is an education/training program that aims to foster professional piping practitioners with a deep understanding of the basic design concepts, inspection methods, and 3D spatial behavior of power pipes and pipe-supporting devices installed in power plants. Trainees will acquire the necessary skills to perform related job duties at an advanced level.
In addition, catching up with the rapidly changing trends of the times, new courses such as KEPIC MGE, vibration basics for facility system preservation, valves and steam systems, etc. have been added up, in the prospect of providing more in-depth education through these courses.
