After a long break since November 2022, we are excited to announce the opening of the 2024 KPPTC (Korea Power Piping Training Center) Courses!
The courses were held at KLES H/Q from August 28th (Wednesday) to 30th (Friday) over three sessions.
What is KPPTC (also known as KLES Academy)?
KPPTC is a dedicated educational institution run by KLES that trains power piping management professionals across the entire energy industry, including thermal, nuclear, and new & renewable energy sectors.
Power Piping Professionals Training Program
The Power Piping Professionals Training Program is designed to cultivate professional practitioners capable of performing high-level tasks. It provides instruction in the basic design concepts of piping and pipe-supporting devices installed in power plants, inspection methods, and an understanding of the three-dimensional behavior of piping.
Taking a Look at the August KPPTC Course
Trainees from the Yeongheung Power Plant of KOEN and KEPRI (the Power Research Institute of KEPCO) gathered at KLES H/Q to attend the Power Piping Professional Training Program
Trainees from the Yeongheung Power Plant of KOEN and KEPRI expressed their satisfaction with the curriculum and lecture quality offered at KPPTC.
The faculty comprises gurus with extensive domestic and international experience, offering top-tier courses structured around a systematic core curriculum.
The course runs over three days, and comfy accommodations are provided, so even if trainees are not from the Daejeon region, they can attend without inconvenience.
